Revenue Forecasting and Budgets.

The team is responsible for projecting Revenue forecasts for the Retail business unit. We work closely with finance, marketing, product and regional commercial teams to accomplish this. The forecasting process in Retail is iterative and is repeated every quarter to give us a robust outlook that allows us to plan better.

We also work on bespoke business cases to support new market entry, product launches, etc.

 

Reporting and Analysis.

We partner with you to provide reports and analyse them so you are able to take robust data driven decisions.

We connect data from multiple sources and produce customized PowerBI reports.

We also work closely with the commercial teams and find areas of opportunity or threat based on the data.
