Digital Analytics
It all begins with GA (or Adobe Analytics if you are really cool). GA allows you to track and understand your customer's behavior, user experience, online content, device functionality and more.
That all sounds cool but in order to have Google Analytics and use it you need to deploy all this tracking through Google Tag Manager (or Tealium if you’re fancy).

Digital Optimisation
Conversion rate optimization (CRO) is the practice of increasing the percentage of users who perform a desired action on a website.
A/B testing demonstrates the efficacy of potential changes, enabling data-driven decisions and ensuring positive impacts.

Personalisation
There is not Personalisation without Data Science. You need to have some models in order to build a personalised experience. First step is to group clients (Segmentation) and show different experiences, then you will have a Recommendation model and use 1:1 personalisation.

Demo to Live
We have a lot of Demo Accounts, but only 2% of them eventually transition to a Live Account, therefore we had to do something about this. We created a dedicated landing page for Demo Account users where we encourage them to convert to Live. We identify the Demo users immediately and rather then showing them a general homepage we show them the dedicated landing page. This page had a 20% conversion rate in Demo clients opening a Live account.
Approved not Funded
We have a script which runs in the background and we can target our Approved not Funded customers immediately once they come to the website. So rather then showing them the Homepage we have a dedicated landing page, which encourages them to proceed and fund.
Funded not Traded
Similar to Approve not Funded, the Funded not Traded is targeting users who did not trade. We encourage them to place a trade by having a dedicated landing page.
1:1 Personalisation
Upcoming: This will be the true 1:1 personalisation with a dedicated homepage for existing users upon return, based on the trades, funding amount, articles read etc..
We will be using a Recommendation script for achieving this.
