April 2022 Updates

Data Science/Engineering

  • Client sentiment: Started Live Client Sentiment development, defined MVP. The analytics will deliver a Rest API with client sentiment data with the ability to segment based on region, client type, market.

  • Released Core Web vitals dashboard including page speed and Chrome UX report data from Google APIs. This will help monitor how our SC9 websites are performing.

  • Inactivity dashboards for UK/US model monitoring released

  • Segmentation of Market Intelligence clients. We have started exploring the onboarding data. We are still working on getting access across the StoneX domain.

 

Digital Analytics

  • All personalised tests have been transitioned to new AU and SG sites. These were not released on day 0.

  • Acquisition floodlights set up for new SG and AU sites. This helps acquisition.

  • Working on GTM for new CI UK website.

  • New domains added for onestonex.com trading platform. A total of 6 new domains have been added and all custom events replicated.

  • Started the work for several StoneX websites & apps: Farm Advantage, StoneX.digital and my.stonex.com. Main scope of work includes

  • Set up GA for Stonex.com website.

Commercial Analytics

  • QBR preperation

  • Budget Reforecast

  • Preparation for Power BI migration to StoneX domain. PowerBI reports will migrate to StoneX domain in May. Communication will be issued once this is available.

  • Account restructure script changes

  • Preparation for NIGO/Page0/Cash equities/Additional accounts

  • Chasing return pay out calculation

  • WinLoss ratio refresh.

  • US Deposit promo, fine tuning the promo offering and new opt in from SF. This is in progress.

Operational Analytics

  • Conducted KYC reviews of all regional businesses, created additional prioritization login to enhance time to touch.

  • Delivered Queue Level reporting for KYC Queues

  • Delivered commercial impact analysis for post onboarding review project

  • Completed project planning and documentation for three high priority GCG/GGMI compliance projects (to be delivered over summer months)

  • Project scoping for Global Ops – Clearing

Team

  • A new Training programme is being rolled out to all analytics team. This is tailored to each individual and their career path.
