July 2022 updates


  • Client Sentiment: Client Sentiment is a data product that will serve via an internal public REST API information such as number of buyers/sellers per market to enable our customers taking informed decisions

  • The data will be updated every 15 mins and will be delivered through the MarTech platform. The app is in deployment phase and is expected to go under QA from a data perspective by end of July.

  • Inbox messaging for CRM: We have added a new comms channel reporting to our CVM reporting suite.

  • Personalisation for new CI brands

  • Farm Advantage mobile app: Set up Firebase events in order to track what users are doing withing the app. ETA for this project to be finalised is end of next week.

  • GA4: GA4 is Google’s new analytics platform as we move towards a Cookieless world. Work is in progress to move our digital assets to conform with this new method of tracking.

  • StonexOne: Added full tracking on the new stonexone trading platform, also added the same tracking capabilities for all test and prod environments.

  • 1 day funding is live in the US - this will trigger Forex US clients to receive an offer after 1 day of not funding.

  • SG/AU promotion dashboard - this will allow to track the progress of SG/AU welcome bonus promotions

  • KYC Queue Tracking Report

    • Collects queue level statistics on the number of cases awaiting processing in KYC queues along with SortFactor and other case metadata parameters

    • ETL process can be scaled to track activity in any queue in our Salesforce org

  • OLS Reassignments Report

    • Audit report for regional and KYC teams leads to track case processing, isolate bottlenecks and complex issues that require input from multiple team leads

     


  • ML OPS POC completion: We completed our POC comparing Azure ML and Databricks as tools to implement MLOps. The result of the assessment selected Databricks to start implementing ML Pipelines and makes current ML Models (Inactivity, Persona, LTV and NLP for customer service). MLOps will allow robustness, governess and speed of execution of AI based models within StoneX.

  • Web Vitals: As we launch new websites globally, the analytics team will provide data and insight to assess the performance of our new sites. Data sources are Google Pagespeed API and Google Chrome UX report. Pingdom data is in progress and will soon be released. Web vitals dashboard.

  • Tracking set up: CI AU, SG and UK - tracking set up + 3rd party tools for optimisation. Tracking also set up for Stonex websites: Stonex.com, FarmAdvantage (website), DanielsTrading, FuturesOnline

  • My Account: Auto event tracking setup for My Account, this will allow us to have enhanced tracking capabilities and understand what users are doing withing My Account.

  • AMP: Created AMP containers - this will allow us to track AMP pages and assign correct source for AMP traffic. This will help SEO.

  • AB testing and Personalisation: Monetate - Stonex: Added the following websites to new monetate contract: one.stonex, payments.stonex.com, stonex.com, stonex.digital, subscribe.stonex. This will allow us to bring AB testing and personalisation within the wider organisation

  • Page 0: All digital and data analytics has been set up for Page 0 implementation which will enhance our lead capture capability.

  • HNW possible leads tab was added to HNW client dashboard

  • Deposit Review

    • Near real-real time surveillance report connecting initial deposit events and sales activates, enables dramatic reduction between event, audit and discovery
