Data Science 

  • LTV early classification of value – 7-day prediction of LTV for all Service Offerings 

  • Early lead scoring FOREX.com US in SF 

  • Starting POC (Proof of Concept) with Google Auto ML (Machine Learning) for propensity to submit for FOREX.com US as an audience for Display  

  • Client sentiment API to be released on Production environment using Databricks. This will be ready for other applications (for example: website, trading platform, My Account, etc) to consume this by mid-Nov. We will monitor the data quality closely over the next few months.

  • OneTrust for cookie policy management is now available across all Retail Websites and some StoneX websites. This is dev ready but not published, awaiting business decision 

  • Linking Google data with Salesforce data for StoneX websites to allow a seamless experience across website & CRM
