August 2022 updates


  1. Google Analytics 4: we already have GA4 on the public websites and My Account. Soon to be published on Web Trader. This will allow us to have a full view from acquiring a customer to trading behaviour.

  2. Forex US: Tracking has been setup and it’s ready for the new Sitecore 9 website.

  3. Forex LATAM: We have an application form in Spanish for our Spanish speaking customers. The translation has been done with the help of Monetate.

  4. Forex Arabic: We are working hard to get an Arabic application form ready as well. Just a bit of testing left!

  5. Forex LATAM personalisation setup: We set up the following Personalised experiences with the help of Monetate:

    • Demo to live, Approved not Funded, Abandoned App - Step 2 and NIGO journeys

  6. StoneXOne onboarding:  We have setup the tracking for our new onboarding process for Stonexone. This will allow us to have funnel data, and take data driven decisions.

  7. Abandoned App - Step 1 - sticky banner for FXUS and FXCA: will engage with customers who abandon the application on a prior visit - Pushed live

  8. Exit intents for FXUS and FXCA: using exit intents in order to reduce the abandon rate - Pushed live

  9. Forex ROW NIGO journey: most of our customers in ROW are NIGO, that means in order for them to open an account they need to provide extra documents for verification. We now have a personalised journey on the website for these clients with the help of Monetate.

  10. CVENT – we now have Google Analytics for our events. This will allow us to track the performance of our events (eg: how many people view the events pages; how many people sign up for events etc)

  11. Forex CA – Low balance experience. We identify how much our customers have in their balance, and if there are below < 200$ we encourage them to fund their account.


12. Customer View in Text Analytics: Provides a comprehensive view of customer contacts and reasons over the lifetime of the customer journey.

13. Consolidated Queue Level statistics of all Ops and Client Facing teams: Now features Financial Operations, Know Your Customer (KYC) and Client Management Teams, provided to the hour details of queue size and changes

14. Continued Operationalization of Text Analytics: We are continuing sessions with regional commercial teams and central product teams showcasing text analytics capabilities and business applications

15. AML Reporting in Power BI: We have delivered Phase 1 report enabling our AML team to reduce time to discovery and enhance efficiency of their efforts.

16. MI segmentation for GMI customers (offline delivery, available on PowerBI dashboard). Please contact Elettra for more information on this.

17. ETL process for the chats conversations going into NLP (Natural Language Processing) has been moved to the Airflow server which automates the process.

18. Page 0 delivery on Acquisition data set and reports

19. Pingdom data into Core Web Vitals dashboard displaying uptime/downtimes and speed

20. SemRush connector to automate reporting for SEO

21. Inactivity prediction for ROW service offering

22. Inactivity model automatic retraining for FXUS, currently in beta-testing. The code checks performances and if they degrade due to data drift the model is retrained with fresher data and redeployed. All automatically!
