Data Science & Engineering
Our data science team address complex analyses that include research, use of multiple machine learning (ML) models tailored to various aspects of decision-making, or multiple ML-backed services.
The data engineering team maintains our Marketing Technology Platform to help scale Marketing efforts amongst others. It helps link up our data systems, allowing for 2-way communication.

All our web properties are tracked to help us analyse and customise performance. We are responsible for digital tracking across all our assets – websites, apps, trading platform, application forms, etc and own our Google 360 enterprise licence.
Data-driven journey personalisation and A/B or multivariate testing
Operational Analytics
Responsible for Operational Analytics for our client facing teams, helping them report against performance, optimize contact and case flow based on a segmented approach. Help business understand reason for contact and increase First Contact Resolution rate and reduce our cost to serve.
